As the parent or legal guardian of the participant, and in consideration of the participant being permitted to participate in Hi5 Sports programs, events, and activities, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. All registration fees, deposits, and payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Participation in Hi5 Sports programs does not guarantee a specific number of games, playing time, or level of participation.
3. I understand that Hi5 Sports is committed to providing an exceptional experience for participants and their families. If the program does not meet the expectations outlined at the time of registration, I agree to promptly notify Hi5 Sports in writing via email at Info@Hi5Sports.gg and provide a reasonable opportunity to address and resolve my concern.
4. I understand that a participant’s roster spot, team placement, or schedule position is not guaranteed until full payment has been received and processed by Hi5 Sports.
5. I agree to abide by and comply with all rules, policies, regulations, and bylaws established by Hi5 Sports LLC, including those of its affiliates, assigns, licensees, and authorized representatives.
